In this class we will explore the fabric collage technique that defines the Laura Heine style fiber arts and quilting techniques. We will spend a great deal of time considering value and contrast in an effort to add dimensional aspects to our animals. This is a great class to learn not only a technique but also a way of looking at how to select fabric and color for the right effect!
Choose from one of the following approved patterns for your first class to get started. 
The class will meet in 2 sessions.  The first session is the lecture and hands-on information on fabric and pattern selection that is best for the pattern you select.  After the first class is complete, each student will have a week to finish cutting for the completion of the animal, and will be able to come to the second class and finish the project.

Fabric requirements are different for each pattern so it's not feasible to make a fabric kit available for each pattern.
