To get your class kit, you need to call us and let us know which fabrics you would like for your organizer and pay for your class kit over the phone! Class Kit Includes:

• (1) 14" x 54" piece of clear heavy-weight vinyl
• (1) 36" x 58" piece of Soft and Stable interfacing
• 40" slate grey double-slide zipper for the outside of the case
• Package of white zippers by the yard for inner pockets
• White Velcro
• 1 spool of coordinating thread

In addition to your machine in good working order, you will need to bring:

• Basic Sewing Supplies
• Rotary Cutter
• Ruler
• Fabric Marking Tool
• Wonder Clips
• Straight Pins

If you do not have or do not wish to bring your sewing machine, you are able to rent a BERNINA classroom sewing machine for $10.

** Please note that this class has homework for you to complete before the first class session meets! You must pick up your kits before the first class. Following the directions on page 4 of your kit instructions, please layer and quilt the main fabric/Soft and Stable/lining fabric. You may use whichever method given that is easiest for you (either quilting as a one-yard piece or as the three small pieces as listed in the cutting instructions). If you choose to quilt as one large piece, PLEASE NOTE that you are ONLY quilting a one-yard piece and will need to measure and trim the fabric in your kit. You will still need unquilted pieces of the lining fabric, so don't quilt it all! Once quilted, you do not need to subcut your pieces before class.
