Christmas in July Potluck Retreat
We are so excited to host Christmas in July at Studio Bernina! Join us for this weekend retreat where we will work on multiple techniques - free motion quilting, metallic thread, linework, Chenille It!, and more. This retreat will begin with free motion quilting techniques on a pre-sandwiched panel by Create Joy Project. This artist is a staple at Studio Bernina - we love the watercolor techniques and vibrant colors that Laura Muir creates! Stop in and see Megan's sample that she created with Robison Anton gold metallic thread.
On days two and three, we will work with another Chirstmas themed panel to teach the Chenille It! technique. Learn how to bring texture and dimension to any panel with minimal effort and maximum effect!
This retreat takes place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We are requesting that everyone brings a dish to share - this is potluck weekend! On the final day, we will have a celebratory reception and show-and-tell with light food and drink provided by Studio BERNINA. Feel free to invite a friend or family members to the last two hours of our Sunday retreat so that we can share the joy of sewing!
